TeleCare RX

TeleCare Rx is a startup company with the mission to make healthier lifestyles available to anyone looking to move away from the typical prescription based solutions. The platform is designed to build a stronger connection between the chiropractor and the patient population. This project aimed to build a more robust application to support a multi-doctor organization, and adding more practice management features to compete with the chiropractors current software platform.

Nearshore.io was engaged to execute this development. With extensive experience in mobile application development and the application of contemporary technologies, Nearshore.io was ideally suited to tackle this challenge.

Project Objectives:

▪ Develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android that provide a smooth and effective user experience.
▪ Ensure the complete functionality and optimal performance of the applications, aligning with TeleCare Rx’s mission to improve the patient-doctor experience.
▪ Implement AI technology to review the patients’ progress videos.

Description of Work Done

Analysis and planning

▪ Client Requirements: Nearshore.io collaborated closely with TeleCare Rx to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives. We conducted a thorough analysis of both the functional and non-functional requirements for the applications.
▪ System Architecture: A native iOS and Android application was built using React. This involved creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces and incorporating essential TeleCare Rx features.

Integration and testing

▪ Functional Testing: Extensive functional testing was performed to verify that all features and functionalities of the applications operated correctly.
▪ Performance Testing: Performance testing was carried out to confirm that the applications were fast and efficient, even when handling high user loads.
▪ Usability Testing: Nearshore.io ensured that the applications were intuitive and user-friendly, meeting all accessibility standards.

Deployment and support

▪ Deployment: The applications were successfully launched on their respective app stores, the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. The app can also be accessible to MAC computers with Apple SIM.
▪ Maintenance and Updates: Nearshore.io continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure that the applications run smoothly and stay updated with the latest technologies and the client’s evolving needs.
